Group classes give students the opportunity to work together to build their martial arts practice. Technique practice and drills are really beneficial in a group setting. Most students come to two to three group classes per week, but are welcome to come to as many as they like at no extra charge! All Classes are a full hour. Check the schedule for daily classes.
All group classes are back in the studio now! Class sizes are limited, we have a scheduling app for you to use to save your spot in class. All group classes are taught by master level martial artist Joe Perry and his staff of experienced teachers.
